Our products are 100% guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. Should you receive a defective item, contact us following the Return Procedure below, and we will replace it at no additional charge. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or wish to return your order for any other reason, we will refund the full purchase price LESS the original shipping and handling charge and LESS a 30% restocking fee. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.

Super Guarantee for Security Stickers and Signs

Our customers love our security stickers and signs, but since we do not reveal the actual logo and name before purchase, we offer this special 100% guarantee just for our sticker and sign packages.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your sticker and/or sign purchase you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. If the original order consisted of nothing but stickers and signs, we will also refund your original shipping and handling charges. There is no restocking fee for stickers and signs. We must be notified by mail, email, or telephone within 30 days of receipt, and the products must be returned in their original, unused condition, in order to receive your refund.   No partial refunds will be issued. 

Return Procedure
You must notify us by phone or email within 30 day of receiving your order, describing the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full instructions for returning the order to us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The customer will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the order to us including, but not limited to packaging, shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance. We strongly recommend that you track and insure your return. If items are lost, stolen, or damaged before we receive them, you will not receive your refund.
